service business! As well as our extraordinary mortgage broking, we can also
provide any of the following for your convenience:
- Insurance: We have a range of products to suit people buying or refinancing
their home. We can provide Life and Income Insurance to give you and your
family peace of mind. We can also provide a Certificate of Currency, which
you will need to provide to your lender before your loan can settle. If you
require a product we cannot provide, we have alliances with insurance
brokers and can definitely point you in the right direction. Visit our

- Residex Reports: If you want to find out if a property you want to buy is
worth what you think, or are looking to refinance or sell your home and want
to know what it’s worth, we can provide a FREE residex report. Residex
Reports are the only market reports that use statistics for all areas in
Australia dating back to 1901. (These reports can cost around $75
elsewhere.) Just
email us to request a Residex Report on your home or your
future home.

- Deposit Bonds: A cashless way to secure the purchase of a property. A
deposit bond acts like cash to the value of 10% of the buying price when you
need to put a deposit on your property before all your funds are accessible.
Deposit bonds can be very handy at auctions – when you often have to leave
10% on the day – or if you’re upgrading your home and your equity is in the
property that you’ve just sold. Even for first home buyers who are borrowing
95% of the property value – meaning you only have 5% in cash – when it comes
time to exchange and you need a 10% deposit.
You need to be approved for your finances before we can issue a deposit
bond. ‘Deposit Power’ guarantees the deposit bonds, so they’re as good as
cash!
